The bank provides a wide spectrum of financial products and services to small, medium, and large businesses. And in keeping pace with ongoing technological innovations, the bank constantly looks for ways to improve on its products and services it provides to the business sector.
We have combined all our non-finance services under the General bank services heading, for your convenience.
Cashier services
Our cash department offers a wide array of services, including all types of deposits and payments, foreign currency conversion and purchase, and special cash requests.
Local non-Banco di Caribe cheque deposited into an account is routed through the Automated Clearing House, (except for Bonaire) for a quick and efficient clearing.
Foreign cheques and traveler's cheques, on the other hand, are sent for collection to the issuing bank, and will take more time to clear.
For those clients who are pressed for time we provide our speedy deposit system, which is located in our Cash department lobbies. Just place your deposit in the envelope, along with the required information, detach the copy for your records, and drop the envelop in the box.
Clients who wish to make after-hours deposits can get access to our night deposit system. Each morning these deposits are processed and the bags are prepared for customer pickup. Many businesses due to security reasons preper to have a security service pickup their night deposit bag and deposit it at the bank for them. A night deposit bag and its key can be purchased at the Customer Information Center.
Transfer services
The transfer department can execute all your payments in an efficient manner. Recurring payments are made via standing orders, which are automated transfer orders to a target account with a certain preset frequency. Irregular local payments are made through transfer orders. International funds transfers are made via SWIFT through our correspondent banks, with same day capabilities. To view the list of correspondent banks, click here . Transfer forms are available online and maybe filled out and either faxed to the department or delivered. These forms may not be submitted online at this time, since the signature of the account holder is required for the bank to execute the order.
Clearing services
Local clearing amongst banks occurs at noon, through the Automated Clearing House, (except for Bonaire). Transactions are hereby efficiently routed to the corresponding banks for collection, while non-sufficient funds cheques receive special attention. The deposit of foreign cheques are permitted generally on a collection bases only, meaning that the cheque has to be collected before the amount is deposited on the depositor's account.

Cheque services
Our cheque book department will quickly process your cheque book request enabling you to receive your chequebook often on the same day. Our standard cheque book comes in books of 25, 50, 75, and 100 leaves each and may be ordered online or in person at the cheque book department.
Documentary collection
Our documentary collection department employees are highly motivated and have the necessary knowledge and experience to efficiently process all your needs, whether it is importing or exporting goods.
The department will process your application for a Letter of Credit or a Documentary collection in a timely fashion and will guide you through the various steps until you achieve your goal. By using the latest technology and through our extensive correspondent bank network we are able to process your collection needs efficiently.

Debit Card
For both local and international payment purposes, the bank offers its SuperCard also to commercial account holders. This Debit Card/ATM Card allows you all the conveniences that modern technology has to offer. From making various financial transactions at our SuperKaha's, to only cash withdrawals at CashNet affiliated ATMs, the SuperCard now also has the added benefit of Cirrus Maestro. Our latest addition to the SuperCard's capabilities is Cirrus Maestro. This service allows the card holder access to its current account at any Cirrus Maestro affiliated ATM or POS around the globe.
Credit cards
As with its SuperCard, the bank's credit cards are also widely accepted around the world as payment instruments and open many doors for you, whether you are just making payments at home, traveling in the islands- or abroad. Safe deposit box
Many business account holders opt to use our safe deposit box facilities, to store their most important documents. Insurance policies and documents are most widely kept in our lockers, since if ever a fire were to destroy the business the insurance policies would be destroyed as well. Other important documents are also kept here.
The safe deposit box system is set up in such a way as to safeguard the integrity of the box's contents; the bank itself does not have access to the box.
