Credit Cards FAQ

You can pick up your Credit Card five business days after we have received and approved your application.

For your convenience, we offer you the choice of three different repayment methods:

  • Minimum payment: 5% of your outstanding balance is automatically debited from your current account monthly.
  • Full payment: Any outstanding balance is debited monthly from your current account; this can be done by using the Bill Payment feature in BdC Online.
  • Fixed payment: An agreed amount is debited monthly from your current account.

Yes, having a current account at Banco di Caribe is required when applying for a Credit Card.

Applying for a Credit Card is easy. Please click here, visit one of our branches or contact your account manager.

When applying for a credit card, you will need the following documents:

  • Two recent salary slips,
  • An employer’s declaration
  • A valid form of identification.

You can check your Credit Card balance at any Banco di Caribe ATM and other ATMs with a VISA logo that allow that service or through your Banco di Caribe Online system.
