You can easily apply for an account online. All you need are the following documents:


Current Account

  • Valid local ID
  • A proof of income
  • A proof of your current address (for example a copy of your utility bill).

Please note that the bank will contact you if more information is required

Regular Savings Account/ Time deposit account*

  • Valid local ID
  • A proof of your current address (for example a copy of your utility bill).

*A current account is required in order to open a Time Deposit Account.

Tesorito Youth Savings Account

The mother, father or a legal representative of the child must bring/provide the following documents in order to open the account:

  • Mother/Father: Marriage Certificate (if married)/ family book ( if not married)
  • Legal representative: Legal custody document
  • Valid ID ( ID card, driver’s license or passport)
  • A proof of the current address of the mother, father or legal representative; for example, a copy of a phone or utility bill.


Current, Savings, Tesorito Youth Savings and Time Deposit account

- Valid passport
- Address verification
- Most recent salary slip or employer letter
- Reference letter from personal bank referred to Banco di Caribe

To view your account balance and transactions, please refer to your statements or use our convenient online banking service. You can also check your balance at any Banco di Caribe ATM.

You can find your 8-digit account number on your Statement. Simply log in to your BdC Online, select ‘Banking Services’, then ‘Document Center’ and next, ‘Statements’. View your Statement and find your 8-digit account number noted under ‘short account number’.
